 Risk
Analysis and Safety Management Systems
Kiwi Adventure Company is a safety-conscious accredited outdoor provider.
We provide all our clients with full copies of our Risk Analysis Management
Systems (RAMS) to give you peace of mind and to reduce the amount of paperwork
you have to personally prepare for senior management within your school.
As part of our risk management strategy, we ensure all students
are appropriately equipped for their programme by providing detailed
personal gear lists. In
addition, we are happy to meet with the students prior to camp and answer
any questions they may have.
Transport
Kiwi Adventure Company will order and take care of all your transport needs.
We will source the most appropriate transport at the most competitive price.
Accommodation
Kiwi Adventure Company will book all accommodation for you, whether it be tents
or indoors.
Catering
Kiwi Adventure Company is experienced at catering for any sized group. We take
care to ensure the food is adequate and healthy. In addition, Kiwi Adventure Company provides all the cooking equipment. Students only need to supply
their plate, cup and cutlery!

Budgets
Kiwi Adventure Company will work quickly to prepare quotes relevant to the outdoor
experience you require.
In many cases we may be able to assist you in obtaining funding
from the Environmental, Conservation & Outdoor Education Trust by
applying on your behalf.
The Environmental, Conservation & Outdoor Education Trust (Piki
mai ra kake mai ra) was formed in 2002 to support outdoor education
for all schools within
Hawke's Bay.
